Burnout is now becoming very common for many. This course discusses:
- What is burnout?
- Contributing factors
- Skills to prevent and protect you and others from burning out
We are glad that you are ready to book a Mental Health 1 hour session for your group or team!
Here is how it works:
- You choose the date. Pick the best date that works with your schedule.
- Bring your entire team/group to the session. We allow a maximum of 100 participants per session.
- It costs $1650+hst to run a Mental Health 1-Hour session.
