This course discusses: 

• Recognizing signs and symptoms of thoughts of suicide
• Supporting someone thinking of suicide
• Recognizing appropriate resources to support others

Here is how it works:

- You choose the date. Pick the best date that works with your schedule.

- Bring your entire team/group to the session. We allow a maximum of 100 participants per session.

- It costs $1650+hst to run a Mental Health 1-Hour session.
